The Kentucky Manufactured Housing Institute is excited to announce its Annual Conference, which will be held from June 3, 2026, through June 5, 2026, at the beautiful Belterra Casino Resort. This event is exclusively for our valued members. Here’s a brief overview of the exciting activities we have planned:


Wednesday - June 3rd 

8:30 AM - The Morris Hylton Memorial Golf Outing 

A premier networking opportunity open to golfers of all skill levels, offering a relaxed setting to connect with industry peers.

5:30 PM - Welcome Reception – Casino Royale Party 🎲 

Kick off the conference with a casual, high‑energy evening designed for connection and conversation. Attendees can unwind, network, and even learn card games from the pros.


Thursday - June 4th

8:00 AM - Breakfast with Sponsors 

9:00 AM - General Membership Meeting 📊
