2026 KMHI Annual Conference

The Kentucky Manufactured Housing Institute is excited to announce its Annual Conference, which will be held from June 3, 2026, through June 5, 2026, at the beautiful Belterra Casino Resort. This event is exclusively for our valued members.

Here’s a brief overview of the exciting activities we have planned:

1. Morris Hylton Memorial Golf Scramble: Kick off the conference with a friendly round of golf. Whether you’re a seasoned pro or a beginner, this is a great opportunity to network and have some fun at the iconic Belterra Casino Resort Course.

2. Welcome Reception Casino Night: After the golf scramble, join us for a casual welcome reception. We’ll have a casino game event making it a perfect time to relax and get to know your fellow members.

3. General Membership Meeting: This is the heart of our conference. We’ll discuss important issues, share industry updates, and explore new opportunities for growth and collaboration.

4. Cocktail Reception and Awards Banquet: We’ll wrap up the conference with a cocktail reception followed by a formal awards banquet, where we’ll recognize outstanding contributions to the industry. This is a chance to celebrate our collective achievements and look forward to the future.
