KMHI Board of Directors

Darrell Overstreet has been in the mortgage industry for over 40 years. Experience ranging from loan originator to branch manager to company ownership.  He is past president of Kentucky Manufactured Housing Institute having served on Board of Directors, executive personal committee and currently serves on Legislative Committee and Past President Committee.  He was inducted into the KMHI Hall of Fame in 2018.  He also was honored in 2016 in receiving the Kentucky Housing Corporation Dorothy J. Williams Lifetime Achievement Award.
