Appraiser Training - Bowling Green

The purpose of this course is to educate appraisers on the changes to manufactured housing that have gone into effect over recent years. Our goal through this training is to inform appraisers of new programs and terminology, new installation and inspection processes, and share new customizations to look and take into consideration when conducting an appraisal. Through continuing education and training we hope to encourage a renewed focus and biases on manufactured housing. USPAP standards and rules will be reviewed.
