As we have been discussing for months, KMHI has requested an FAQ to be produced by the Department of Housing, Buildings, and Construction regarding some opportunities for clarity in the new regulations. We are thankful that we now have that FAQ along with a clean copy of the regulation changes that will fully go into effect on February 4th, for homes sold after February 4th.
