Are you turning in your monthly Retailer's report or monthly certified installer report? If not, it's a great time to do so. With the new portal taking shape, it is much less likely for things to "slip through the cracks". When monthly reports are not turned in, a delinquency notice is sent. This past week, DHBC sent over 120 of them. On the notice, you have a specified amount of time to correct the delinquency or be subject to a $1,000 fine.

It is critical that even if you do not sell or install a home within that month, that you still send in the report and write: "No Homes Sold" or "No Homes Installed".
