For the past several months, KMHI has pursued lawful action against an unlicensed retailer operating in various parts of Kentucky. The association received an early Christmas gift after a long process in the judicial system and the tireless work of KMHI Legal Counsel, Greg Dutton of Frost Brown Todd.  The individual signed a settlement agreeing to cease all involvement with the manufactured housing industry.

KMHI views it as a priority to go after and push out any and all unlicensed individuals, whether they are retailers or installers. This is to insure not only a fair market for the individuals and/or companies that are doing it the right way, but also to insure the safety of the consumer.
