In October 2018, new manufactured home shipments were flat with a small decrease of 0.6% to 8,564 homes as compared to the 8,613 homes shipped in October 2017*. Total shipments for October 2018 are 983 homes higher than September shipments. Compared with October 2017, the trend is mixed with shipments of single-section homes down by 13.5% and multi-section homes up by 13.8%. Total floors shipped in October 2018 increased 4.1% to 13,294 compared to October 2017.
